Title : Program Manager IT.
Location : Pune.
Reporting : CTO / CFO.
Role Summary :
As the Program Manager - IT (internal) at Onward Technologies, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy.
You will lead the IT department, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business objectives and drives innovation.
Your role will involve implementing various automation tools and processes internally to enhance Business efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities :
- Set objectives, certifications for data security for All India IT department (Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad).
- Evaluate and implement suitable technology to Automate and streamline all internal workflow/ operations.
- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.
- Oversee the technological infrastructure in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
- Direct and organize IT-related projects (Internal & External tools).
Required Skills and Qualification :
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree with a focus on IT is desirable.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in implementing automation tools and streamlining internal processes
