Our goal is to deliver quality campaigns and results to our clients and grow along with them.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Creative Lead – Video Editing & VFX to drive the visual storytelling of our brand and client projects. This is not just a video editing role – it's a creative leadership position for someone who lives and breathes scroll-stopping visuals, motion design, and cinematic effects.You’ll be responsible for ideating and executing high-impact videos, mentoring editors and VFX artists, and setting a gold standard for creative output across platforms. You should be a wizard at After Effects, especially with advanced use of plugins, 3D object integration, and compositing techniques.Key Responsibilities- Lead the creative execution of video edits and VFX-heavy content across campaigns and brand films. - Design and deliver stunning motion graphics, transitions, and animations using Adobe After Effects. - Expertly use After Effects plugins (like Red Giant, Element 3D, Trapcode, etc.) to elevate visual quality. - Integrate and animate 3D objects within After Effects and compositing environments. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life through motion. - Supervise and mentor a team of video editors and motion designers to produce best-in-class work. - Stay up-to-date with editing trends, social media formats, and new VFX techniques to create engaging, platform-native content. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative pitch decks for new projects.Must-Have Skills- Mastery of Adobe After Effects (especially in effects, compositing, and plugin use) - Solid knowledge of 3D workflows within After Effects (Element 3D, Blender) - Strong foundation in storytelling, pacing, and editing for emotional and visual impact - Proven ability to create scroll-stopping, thumb-stopping content for social media - Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator - Team leadership experience and ability to guide junior editors and designers - Deep passion for creativity, design, and digital cultureNice-to-Have- Experience with 3D software (Blender / Cinema 4D) - Knowledge of sound design and color grading - Familiarity with motion capture, AI-assisted editing, or Unreal Engine (bonus)-What We’re Looking ForA creative problem-solver.
