Senior Software Developer Engineer

Job Responsibilities Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases – especially MongoDB and MySQL. Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and delivering complex backend solutions. Solid understanding of RESTful API architecture, performance tuning, and secure application design. Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment practices. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Required Skills Understanding of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js. Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have. Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices. A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 Years of Experience in software Development.
