Role Overview You will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily communication with assigned clients Take detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasks Coordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketers Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals Prepare weekly reports and performance updates Conduct scheduled review calls with clients Track all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements Identify early signs of issues and escalate proactively Build strong client relationships through consistency and clarity Required SkillsExcellent spoken and written communication (English + Telugu preferred) Strong understanding of digital marketing basics Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong ownership and accountability mindset Ability to handle client expectations professionally Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Sheets, and project management tools Experience1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or coordination Agency experience is an added advantage Salary (Hyderabad Range) ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and communication quality) Performance Metrics (KPIs)Client satisfaction score On-time delivery rate Number of escalations Quality of briefs, reports, and follow-ups Client retention How to Apply Email yourresume + portfolio (if any)to: Email:Lokesh@lantrn.in Subject line: Application – Client Communication Executive – Your Name Contact / WhatsApp:+91-7075410888
