Ltd (Setoo) is an AI-driven software solutions company with a global focus on delivering top-notch solutions for AI, Web, and Product Development.At Setoo, we combine technology, design, and innovation to create meaningful digital experiences.Were now looking for a talented UI Developer to join our in-house team in Pune.Youll be part of a growing environment where creativity, problem-solving, and technical precision come together to build modern, scalable web experiences.What Youll Do :- Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.- Create user interfaces without detailed mockups, using strong visual sense and modern UI/UX principles.- Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform smoothly across all major browsers and devices.- Work closely with designers and backend developers to align on design accuracy, usability, and implementation.- Develop and customize frontends for CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.- Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper Git version control.- Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and visual consistency across all pages.- Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end development trends.What Were Looking For :Technical Skills :- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.- Ability to translate designs from Figma or Sketch into pixel-accurate UIs.- Skilled enough to build UI layouts and interactions without complete mockups.- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.- Experience with WordPress and Shopify front-end customization and theme integration.- Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography.- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and best practices.- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.Bonus Skills :- Exposure to React.js or component-based frameworks.- Knowledge of front-end performance metrics (LCP, CLS, etc.) and optimization.- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD workflows.- Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.Soft Skills :- Strong eye for aesthetics and usability.- Self-starter attitude able to work independently and manage deadlines.- Open to feedback and continuous learning.- Good communication and team collaboration skills.Why Join Setoo :- Be part of an AI-focused tech company working on cutting-edge projects.- Exposure to both web and product development using the latest technologies.- Work in a creative, high-energy in-house team in Pune.- Great opportunity to grow quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.- Hands-on learning under experienced developers and exposure to global projects.- Competitive compensation with growth potential.
