Job Title : Boomi Practice Lead

Introduction :


At DataSkate, a leader in digital transformation, we're looking for a Boomi Practice Lead with exceptional hands-on Java and Boomi skills to lead our integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct Technical Involvement : Apply your hands-on expertise in Boomi and Java to directly design and implement complex integration solutions.

- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute integration strategies that align with business objectives, driving the growth of our Boomi practice.

- Pre-Sales Engagement : Engage in pre-sales activities, leveraging your technical knowledge to craft compelling proposals and conduct effective demonstrations.

- Center of Excellence (CoE) Management : Lead a Boomi Center of Excellence, establishing best practices and ensuring technical standards across projects.

- Project Management : Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet predefined benchmarks.

- Team Development : Mentor and develop a team of specialists, enhancing their skills in Boomi and Java technologies through hands-on guidance and training.

- Stakeholder Interaction : Maintain active engagement with clients and internal teams, adjusting strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven hands-on expertise : demonstrated hands-on experience in both Dell Boomi environments and Java programming.

- Strong Project Leadership : Track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects within an integration context.

- Effective Communication : Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
