Lead ASPNet

Overview:The Lead ASP.Net plays a critical role in our organization leading a team of ASP.Net developers to design develop and implement software solutions using ASP.Net C# MVC and SQL Server. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of highquality web applications and providing technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire software development life cycle of ASP.Net projects
• Lead a team of ASP.Net developers providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Design develop and maintain complex web applications using ASP.Net C# MVC and SQL Server
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective project delivery
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Manage project timelines priorities and resources effectively
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in ASP.Net development
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions for ASP.Net projects
• Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of web applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ASP.Net applications
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve application features
• Ensure best practices for security and data protection in ASP.Net applications
• Communicate project status issues and risks to the leadership team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a senior ASP.Net developer with expertise in C# MVC and SQL Server
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of software developers
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing security and data protection measures in ASP.Net applications
• Thorough understanding of web application performance optimization
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Certifications in ASP.Net or related technologies will be a plus
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or Subversion
