This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves both fixing machines and optimizing processes.Key Responsibilities Execute planned preventive maintenance and respond to unplanned breakdowns to minimize downtimeInstall, commission, and set up new production machinery and equipmentPerform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actionsLead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)Apply Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to reduce waste, defects, and variationCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflowsMaintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Train operators on basic troubleshooting and proper machine operationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsExperience with PLC troubleshooting is a plusRequired Skills & CertificationsLean Manufacturing experience (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, 5S)Six Sigma – Basic KnowledgeAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, and manualsProficient with maintenance software/CMMSExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with Autodesk Fusion will be a plusExperience with Autodesk AutoCAD will be a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to make a direct impact on production efficiencyOngoing training and career growth in a dynamic manufacturing environmentWork Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite: www.nathabit.inInstagram: www.instagram.com/nathabit.in
