Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounting & Compliance Location:Delhi, India Qualification:CA (Final Dropout) Experience:4–6 years CTC:As per Industry standardsPerfect Accountingis looking for an experienced professional to join ourAccounting & Complianceteam. If you have strong accounting skills, hands-on experience in managing compliances, and enjoy leading client relationships — we’d love to meet youWhat You’ll Do Superviseday-to-day accountingoperations for multiple clients. Ensure timely preparation and submission ofMIS reports . Maintain100% compliancewith statutory requirements under GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act. Handlefinancial statement preparationand coordinate client audits. Prepare and reconcile differences betweenyear-end MISandaudited financial statements . Discuss reconciliation adjustments with clients and obtain management sign-offs. Respond proactively to client queries and ensure adherence to agreedTATs (Turnaround Times) .What We’re Looking For CA (Final Dropout)with4–6 yearsof experience in accounting and corporate compliances. Strong understanding ofGST ,Income Tax , andfinancial reportingunder the Companies Act. Prior experience workingin or formanufacturing or trading companies. Proficiency inExcel ,Tally , and other ERP/accounting software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability tomanage and lead teamseffectively.
