Lead Analyst I About this team The Trade Systems team is committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment partners, especially in the Global Trade space. Supporting both vendor and proprietary systems, the team provides solutions which streamline the lifecycle of international trade and logistics for all products lululemon ships worldwide. Some of these solutions include: product classification, import/export documentation generation and integrations with our customs brokers to automate customs filings. We are a fast-paced growing team focused on achieving compliance and cross-border financial savings. We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst who will help drive production support quality for all applications our Trade Systems team supports. In this role you will be responsible for increasing support quality, ensuring SLA’s are achieved, conducting and assisting in root cause analyses alongside our team of L2 and supporting analysts/engineers and resolving issues in a timely manner. In addition, you will build and maintain relationships with our key business partners across all product streams and encourage a culture of continuous improvement with everything you do. You operate as both an owner and advocate for your group of high performers who understand that we are stronger as a team than as an individual. A day in the life: Leads functional solution, design discussions and system configuration with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain. Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios. Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization. Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve complex and severe technical issues. Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical lead, sometimes as a business analyst Solutions business issues or requirements Support production issues as relate to application functionality and integrations (after go-live) and provide technical ownership to drive to resolution Sharing best practices amongst DC technology Cross functional support on solving complex technical problems Is Instrumental in capturing high-level functional requirements and translation into detailed requirements and actionable technical specifications Coordinates with the engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution on complex, high-impact efforts. Drives partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutions Qualifications: 8 – 10 years of experience in information technology solid experience working on supply chain SaaS solutions / in?house platforms — including Infor Nexus, E2Open, WMS (Manhattan), and parcel engines — to ensure seamless operations and data flow across the supply network 4+ years of experience in SQL, PostgreSQL Troubleshooting experience with REST API’s, Kafka, Splunk as well as AWS services including S3 Familiar with DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes. Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations for leadership Possess good understanding of software development practices and project life cycles Possess strong team collaboration skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative problem solver possessing the ability to measure and improve products and processes (waterfall, agile, etc.) Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and during critical production issues Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management) Proven experience with application configuration Proven experience with system/application implementation Desired: Supply Chain experience is a plus. Must-Have Skills: Advanced Parcel Engine experience in analyzing shipping workflows, optimizing carrier logic, and supporting high-volume logistics operations across enterprise platforms. Demonstrated Proficiency in RDBMS & SQL for efficient data handling, reporting, and backend support. Knowledge of any scripting language is a plus to automate tasks and enhance system functionality. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence for managing workflows, incidents, and documentation. Experience working with any cloud platform to build, deploy, and manage scalable applications.
