Account Management & Growth Manage relationships with key e-commerce accounts (marketplaces & quick commerce platforms). Drivetop-line revenue and bottom-line profitabilityfor assigned accounts. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and managesell-through . 2. Business Planning & Execution Develop annual/quarterly business plans with platforms and align internal stakeholders. Planassortment strategy , stock forecasting, and replenishment for platforms. Coordinatenew product launchesand ensure timely listings with optimized content. 3. P&L Ownership Own completeP&L for e-commerce accountsincluding pricing, margins, discounts, and promotional spends. MonitorROI on marketing spendsand optimize budget allocations. 4. Visibility & Promotions Plan and executevisibility campaigns, brand stores, and platform promotions . Negotiatevisibility slots, deals, and event participation(Big Billion Day, Prime Day, festive sales). 5. Data Analytics & Insights Tracksales, traffic, conversions , and competitor activity. Generate actionable insights forprice positioning, content optimization, and demand planning . 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Work withmarketing, supply chain, finance, and product teamsfor smooth operations. Ensuretimely dispatch, inventory control, and reconciliationwith marketplaces. 7. New Product LaunchesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales growth vs. plan for e-commerce accounts GMV & contribution margin improvement Visibility share and campaign ROI Fill rate and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance New product listings and content qualityDesired Skills & Experience Education:Graduate/MBA preferred Experience:3–6 years inE-commerce Key Account Management , preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or similar industry. Skills: Strongnegotiation & relationship managementskills Data-driven decision-making(Excel, analytics tools) Familiarity withAmazon Seller Central, Flipkart Dashboard, Quick Commerce panels P&L ownership and business acumen
