HEPL - Business Analyst

Job Description:

- Able to handle multiple clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Must have knowledge of Finance, HRMS, SCM, Manufacturing, and ticketing(CRM) domains.

- Familiarity with the Change Request (CR) process.

- Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases.

- Conduct product demos for various stakeholders.

- Experience in client Handling

- Prepare documentation such as User Stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), wireframes using tools, and workflow diagrams.

- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (CFT).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess potential solutions.

Process Improvement:

- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.

- Design workflows and models to optimize business operations.

Project Coordination:

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Participate in project planning, monitoring, and status Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and business workflows.

- Maintain accurate documentation for all business processes and system changes.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to convey findings and updates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.

- Develop and deliver reports to support strategic Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system functionality.

- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools (e. , JIRA, Visio).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus
