We currently have exciting opportunities available for Business Development Specialist on behalf of our esteemed biosupplier client.Position:Business Development Executive (Lab Instruments) Location:PuneEducation & Experience: Qualification:Advanced Science degree inMolecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences , or a related field. Experience:3 – 6 years of relevant experience in scientific product sales.Role Overview: We are seeking adynamic Business Development Specialistfor our esteemedbiosupplier client . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting scientific products, providing technical assistance, and driving sales in academia, pharma, biotech, CROs, and allied industries.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promotescientific productstoinstitutes, academia, industries, pharma, biopharma, CROs, and allied customers . Generate leads for allcompany lab productsand develop new business opportunities. Represent the company atlocal/regional vendor shows , deliveringseminars and poster presentations . Customer & Technical Support: Provideproduct trainingto customers and ensure proper usage of sold equipment. Offerscientific and technical assistanceto users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues. Communicate viaphone and emailto support customers withData Analysis software . Product & Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise on Channel Partner products such asAgilent, Syngene, Nuaire, AES, GESIM, etc. Stay updated onnew assays and industry advancementsto provide the best solutions to customers. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintaindaily/weekly reportsusing theCRM system , detailing customer visits, lead generation, sales demonstrations, and other field activities.Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skillswith strong presentation abilities. Moderate knowledge ofELISA, PCR, Flow Cytometry, Electrophoresis, Imaging, Fluorescence, and Luminescence assays , gained in an academic or industrial lab. Ability todiagnose complex instrumentation and application issues . Strongcomputer proficiencyand experience withdata reduction tools . Willingness to travelas required.
