Product Manager

From ensuring worker safety to understanding air quality, TSI employees are part of something purposeful, impactful, and global.Role Overview:We are looking for a Product Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, product development, and lifecycle management for TSI's Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety solutions - spanning hardware, software, and services.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will also play a key role in defining market opportunities, product roadmaps, and customer engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) studies to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.- Define and implement marketing strategies for assigned product lines - including product positioning, promotion, and channel management.- Partner with the Business Director to shape product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategies.- Develop business cases for new initiatives, including revenue projections, risk assessments, and ROI analysis.- Collaborate with the Engineering and Product Development teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements and innovative solutions.- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives and monitor key NPD performance metrics.- Prepare and execute comprehensive product launch plans, including value propositions, messaging, training materials, and sales collateral.- Work closely with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns.- Track product performance, conduct financial analysis, and recommend pricing strategies to optimize profitability.- Provide demand forecasts and collaborate with operations for efficient planning and capacity & Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management or a related MBA or advanced degree.- Prior B2B product management experience.- Background in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Monitoring.- Experience in technical instrumentation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.Skills & Attributes:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.- Passion for innovation and customer-centric product development.Additional DetailsWillingness to travel (10-25%) for customer interactions, product launches, and industry events.Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment.Why Work with TSI?At TSI, you're not just building products - you're shaping a safer and more sustainable future.We offer:A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and purpose.Opportunities for professional growth through learning and development initiatives.A flexible and inclusive work environment that supports work-life balance.The satisfaction of contributing to solutions that protect people and the planet.Join us at TSI - where technology meets purpose, and your ideas make a global impact.
