Description :Key Responsibilities :- IT Infrastructure Management: - Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networks, servers, and workstations.- User Support: - Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.- Security & Compliance: - Implement cybersecurity measures, manage access controls, and ensure data security across systems.- Hardware & Software Maintenance: - Install, update, and maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and system configurations.- Vendor Coordination: - Work closely with external vendors for procurement, repairs, and IT service contracts.- Office Administration: - Manage IT assets, set up new workstations, and support remote/hybrid work setups.- Backup & Recovery: - Ensure regular data backups and uphold disaster recovery protocols.- Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain updated IT documentation and provide regular reports on system performance and issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration or office IT support.- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.- Experience with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based platforms.- Good understanding of IT security practices and troubleshooting methodologies.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.- Prior experience managing IT in a corporate environment.Benefits :- Career Growth Opportunities- Skill Development Programs- Medical Insurance- Employee Engagement & Fun Activities (ref:hirist.tech)
