The ideal candidate understands how AI is reshaping SEO and can apply these tools to scale content, audits, keyword research, and performance.Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Planning Develop data-driven SEO strategies using both traditional methods andAI-powered insights. Build SEO roadmaps for real estate, SaaS products, and brand-building initiatives. Optimize forGoogle SGE (Search Generative Experience)and other emerging AI search ecosystems.2. AI-Enhanced Keyword Research & Content Planning Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter, Frase) to: Generate keyword ideas Identify content gaps Create SEO briefs Optimize topical authority Map keywords to user intent with the help of AI prediction models.3. On-Page SEO Optimize titles, meta tags, headers, URLs, images, and internal links. Use AI-assisted tools for: Semantic optimization NLP-based content scoring Schema generation Implement schema for real estate listings, SaaS features, FAQs, etc.4. Technical SEO Conduct technical audits using both traditional and AI-enabled crawlers. Coordinate with developers to fix issues related to Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, crawlability, and rendering. Use AI tools to detect technical anomalies, pattern-based issues, or automated site audits.5. Off-Page SEO & Link Building Execute high-quality link-building strategies. Use AI for: Prospecting link opportunities Competitor backlink analysis Automating outreach templates Leverage PR, guest posting, and industry platforms for domain authority growth.6. Generative SEO (G-SEO) & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Optimize content for AI search engines, answer engines, and SGE. Create content structures that are AI-friendly and easily retrievable by generative models. Use AI-powered content auditing to improve visibility in AI-driven search results.7. Monitoring, Analytics & AI-Based Reporting Use platforms such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. Build automated dashboards using AI tools (Notion AI, Looker Studio + AI connectors). Use AI forpredictive SEO: forecasting traffic trends, ranking shifts, and keyword opportunities.8. Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with content, design, and development teams. Guide teams on integratingAI best practicesinto SEO, content, and digital strategies. Train team members on emerging SEO tools and AI workflows.Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Expertise with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS basics, and CMS platforms. Experience in optimizing real estate websites or SaaS products (preferred).AI Skills Ability to useAI tools effectivelyfor: Keyword research Topic clustering Content briefs Content optimization Technical SEO auditing Backlink research & outreach Competitor analysis Familiarity with AI-powered SEO platforms (SurferSEO, Frase, WriterZen, Jasper, etc.).
