We are seeking an experienced EdTech Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on hiring for Academic Counselors, Academic Coordinators, and Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including Academic Counselors, Academic Coordinators, and Business Development Executives.
- EdTech Sourcing Expertise: Leverage job boards, professional networks, and specialized EdTech channels to identify top talent.
- Competitor Targeting: Build a talent pipeline by actively sourcing candidates from competitor EdTech firms to ensure high-quality hires.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and detailed assessments to ensure the right fit for each role.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within deadlines.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on EdTech hiring trends, industry movements, and competitive landscape.
- Process Streamlining: Ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely recruitment process that aligns with organizational growth goals.
- Employer Branding: Represent BIA’s brand positively across hiring channels and networks to attract the best talent in the EdTech space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, only in the EdTech sector.
- Proven ability to hire for high-demand roles like Academic Counselors, Academic Coordinators, and Business Development Executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent from EdTech competitors to build a strong talent pool.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycles and best practices for hiring technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
