Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and retailers. We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, Jack & Jones, Levis, Taco Bell, Barbeque Nation etc. Xeno enables large D2C brands & omnichannel retailers to engage their customers across eCommerce & stores. With the digital retail wave alongside us, we’ve seen a 7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno over the last year.


This role is for you if?

  • Communication skills: You need strong communication skills to communicate the desired message to target audiences. Your communication skills would help you express your ideas as well as produce work that incorporates a messaging hierarchy.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills will allow you to modulate your messages to respond to the brand’s needs as well as propose fresh solutions. Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity
  • Research skills: Your research skills are a tool that helps you pinpoint problems and solutions and identify opportunities that form the foundation of ideas. Good understanding of clean UI, typography, alignment, and colors. Plus technical expertise in using applications like Figma, Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ideation skills: Your ability to create divergent routes as creative solutions and then converge on a route to develop the idea through to a solution will be an important skill in this role. Great chops for visual design & solid aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail


What you will be doing

We are looking for a dynamic graphic designer who has a knack for creativity and marketing. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Your goal would be to attract the target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements, conceptualize visuals based on mentioned requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and generate ideas & concepts that are clear, communicative, and engaging.
  • Design on-brand social media creatives, decks, guides, print collateral, landing page and other designs as per requirements with the utmost brand consistencies
  • Work collaboratively with other members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Following the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design & communication



What we are looking for (skills and character)

  • S)he has ~ 2+ year of work experience in a role that requires creative and design skills
  • (S)he has strong design portfolio to portray their skills
  • (S)he must know Photoshop or Illustrator and Figma. (This is a must have)
  • (S)he has good communication skills as well as good grasp of design knowledge
  • If (s)he has a design degree, that would be an added bonus / preferable.


Must to have:

  1. Knowledge of Design Principles
  2. Know how to use Figma, Webflow
