Using our translation algorithm, we enable lakhs of teachers to teach English in their mother tongue through simple teaching techniques.Where do you come in? We are seeking enthusiastic and committedCalling Executivesfor ourHindi Language Project. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with our Hindi-speaking audience through structured phone calls.Hindi Calling Executive – Key Responsibilities: ●Talk to teachers over phone calls inHindiand share important information clearly. ●Handling queries, collecting feedback, and addressing concerns ●Call and coordinate with teachers for variouscampaigns and activities . ●Collect feedback and storiesfrom teachers and share them with the team. ●Complete teacher engagement activities on time and as per the plan. ●Listen to teachers' questions or concerns during calls and help solve them or report to the team. ●Keep a properrecord of daily calls and responses , and update the team lead regularly. ●Support the team in other tasks whenever needed.Key Skills: ●Graduate, preferably in Hindi or any language-related field. ●Strong fluency inspoken and written Hindi ; basic English understanding is a plus. ●Clear and polite communication skills . ●Comfortable makinghigh volumes of callsdaily. ●Goodlistening skillsand professional phone manners. ●Basic knowledge ofMS Word and Excel . ●Able tomaintain records and share reportsregularly. ●Should beself-motivatedand work well with minimal supervision. ●Ability to work in afast-paced environment and meet deadlines . ●Team playerwith a goal-oriented approach.Remuneration: 2.1 to 2.4 LPAWhy you should Apply?
