If you enjoy blending functional expertise with technical problem-solving to drive business impact, this role is for you.What You’ll Do- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle VCP Suite – ASCP, GOP, and Demantra modules. - Partner with business users to drive enhancements, process improvements, and resolve issues. - Analyze business processes and become a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling. - Deliver timely resolutions for incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. - Design and implement enhancements including RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). - Create and review technical and functional documentation (MD50/MD70). - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, validation, and deployment. - Support continuous improvement through innovation and proactive issue management.-What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Oracle application experience in ASCP, GOP, Demantra (R12.2.6+ preferred). - Proficiency in PL/SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting. - Experience supporting or implementing Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory, Order Management, or Procurement (preferred). - Familiarity with Oracle Support (SR management) and testing best practices. - Exposure to Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud is a plus.-What Makes You a Great Fit- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to find effective solutions quickly. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical teams. - Proven resilience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. - Ability to translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and efficient system solutions.
