Key Responsibilities:


Develop and refine comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.

Manage project profitability and ensure all hires are delivered within agreed-upon SLAs.

Champion innovative hiring models to enhance client experience and recruitment efficiency.

Partner with key client stakeholders to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance.

Design and deliver training programs to empower your team and foster continuous development.

You are a perfect fit if you have:


A minimum of 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in RPO or a similar role.

Proven track record of managing at least 1000–2000 hires annually.

Experience leading and motivating a team of 40+ recruitment professionals.

Demonstrated success in hiring across IT domains (IT services, infrastructure, product, engineering).

A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

A passion for staying current on the latest trends and technologies in the recruitment industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong business acumen and project management skills to drive profitable growth.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
