What You’ll DoBuild and Scale the Hyderabad Engineering Hub Establish and grow ahigh-performing 15+ member team , fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration. Attract and retain top engineering talent through strong industry connections and a high-performance work environment. Develop and implement organizational structures, cultural practices, and leadership routines for long-term success. Drive Money Movement Innovation Build and evolve key money movement capabilities includingfunding flows, disbursements, collection accounts, wallets, and FX management . Work closely withProduct, Treasury, Banking, Finance, and Complianceteams to deliverscalable, secure, fully compliant, and global-first money movement solutions . Ensure systems meet high standards ofsecurity, resilience, compliance, and observability . Raise the Technical Bar Set strong standards forarchitecture, design, and implementationacross teams. Guide technical investments that future-proof the platform and enable new payment and property-related use cases. Collaborate with Staff Engineers to define long-term technical direction and platform evolution. Develop Talent and Culture Hire, coach, and empower engineersto grow into technical leaders. Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and impact , where teams take pride in delivering high-quality solutions. Experiencedeveloping talented ICs while partnering with Staff Engineers to set technical direction and elevate engineering standards . What You’ll Need 10+ years of total experience , including3+ years in engineering leadership roles . Proven experiencebuilding and scaling engineering teamswithin high-growth technology environments. Background inFintech, B2B/B2C payments, or digital wallets . Good understanding ofledger systems, collection accounts, wallets, FX orchestration, and reconciliation frameworks . Strong technical foundation inmodern distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS) . Experience drivingquality, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformationtowards outcome-oriented engineering. Bonus Points Knowledge ofimmutable ledger models, virtual accounts, collection accounts, wallets, payment orchestration, and FX . Familiarity withreal-time payment rails, push disbursements, and global payout networks . Proven ability toscale engineering teams, set technical vision, and drive platform-wide initiatives . Exposure tolow-latency payment systems, microservices architecture, and distributed cloud-native environments .
