Greetings from TeknikozExperience : 5+YearsRoles and Responsibilities- AI/ML solution development: Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using machine learning algorithms and models, primarily within the Microsoft .NET framework or Python system integration, model training and validation, and performance optimization - Contribute to the full development lifecycle: Participate in activities from ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and debugging of AI features. - Model management: Build and manage the AI stack, from prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to creating scalable microservices and data pipelines. - Product enhancement: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven features for Icertis products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI features - Enhance and maintain AI capabilities: Conduct performance testing, validate AI implementations, and work on optimizing AI services, pipelines, and models - Testing and deployment: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI/ML implementations to ensure high performance and reliability. - Technical support and troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug issues in AI/ML implementations, especially for higher-level support roles. - AI/ML knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning model deployment, inference pipelines, vector stores, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLMs is expected. - Domain knowledge: Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms or similar enterprise applications is highly desirable for some roles. - Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Implementation of AI/ML-driven solutions across Legacy Migration, Attribute Discovery, Obligation Discovery, and Negotiate AI, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, - Use feedback to improve the user experience and AI interactions.Technical Skills: Python, NLP, Prompt writing, NER based rule writing, Java, Selenium, API Testing, SQL.
