Overview :

- The OIC Developer plays a critical role in the implementation and design of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- As businesses increasingly rely on digital tools and platforms, this position is integral to ensuring seamless connectivity between various applications, databases, and cloud services.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in object-oriented programming and deep knowledge of cloud computing principles.

- They will be responsible for developing custom integrations, optimizing existing solutions, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Collaboration is key in this role, as the OIC Developer will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals.

- Success in this position will not only enhance operational efficiency but also drive strategic initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain APIs and web services for various applications.

- Optimize integrations for performance and scalability.

- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure reliability.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Maintain version control and documentation of integration processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to integration.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team development practices.

- Support data migration efforts between cloud and on-premise solutions.

- Implement security best practices in integration development.

- Monitor integration performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies.

- Provide post-deployment support and enhancements for integration solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Experience with Java, SQL, and other programming languages.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud services.

- Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Knowledge of API management tools and platforms.

- Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud is desirable.

- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

- Ability to travel for client meetings or on-site support as required.
