- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager - PEB to lead and grow our Pre-Engineered Building business across Nepal and Bhutan.- The ideal candidate will oversee sales, project coordination, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and international standards.- This is a strategic role that combines sales leadership with strong technical, coordination, and project management capabilities.- Develop, implement, and manage international sales strategies for PEB projects in Nepal and Bhutan.- Lead the complete PEB lifecycle - from sales and marketing to engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery.- Manage full-scale project execution, including planning, fabrication, erection scheduling, and client coordination.- Conduct and participate in project kick-off meetings (internal & client-facing) to define scope and delivery commitments.- Review and approve tender documents, contracts, PIS, and erection drawings.- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical specifications.- Monitor fabrication and erection activities, ensuring quality control, stage inspections, and timely delivery.- Identify delays, design changes, or client-driven variations and assess cost/time implications.- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.- Resolve technical challenges in collaboration with senior engineering and project teams.- Ensure safe work practices at project sites while adhering to zero-harm safety objectives.- Drive project completion with the highest standards of construction methodology and on-time delivery.- Proven experience in Export Sales, International Business, and PEB/Steel Building solutions.- Strong background in business planning, project execution, and client relationship management.
