Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to drive financial excellence and ensure seamless statutory compliance across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience and a proven track record in managing end-to-end accounting, budgeting, project costing, and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.- Manage project-based financials and costing specific to design and build projects.- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and consultants for audits and financial reviews.- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.- Support management in financial decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.- Implement financial controls and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.- Liaise with project and procurement teams for cost tracking, vendor payments, and contract settlements.- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy in all deliverables.Required Qualifications and Skills:- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 812 years of relevant experience.- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, innovation-driven organization.- Collaborative work culture with exposure to cutting-edge design and technology projects.- Competitive compensation and growth prospects.
