About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with extensive experience in front-end development, Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), and headless CMS implementations.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers while delivering innovative, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of front-end developers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust and reusable front-end code using React.js.
- Implement and optimize headless CMS and PWA functionalities to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Ensure high code quality through reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Debug and resolve complex front-end issues promptly.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (Git).
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with product and design teams
Required Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+) with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
- Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS and PWA development.
- Strong knowledge of state management libraries (e.g. , Redux, Context API).
- Proficiency in GraphQL and integrating APIs with front-end applications.
- Experience with Git for version control and managing branching strategies.

- Successful delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications within defined timelines.
- Optimization of web application performance, ensuring smooth PWA functionality.
- Effective team management and mentoring, leading to increased productivity and code quality.
- Seamless integration of front-end applications with back-end APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
- Continuous improvement and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for deployment efficiency.
- Consistently meeting code quality benchmarks and adhering to best practices.
- Regular updates and adoption of emerging front-end technologies to improve application standards
