This is a high-impact, independent role responsible for managing end-to-end insurance claims, accident documentation, and complete fleet compliance (RC, permits, fitness, HAZ, PUC, loan docs, NOCs etc.) for our LPG transportation fleet operating across Northeast India. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end insurance claim management: intimation, surveyor coordination, documentation & recovery.Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and zero lapse in HAZ license, permits, fitness & PUC.Maintain and supervise a master documentation register for the entire fleet.Liaise with RTOs, insurers, banks/NBFCs, surveyors and transport authorities regularly.Identify gaps causing claim rejections/delays and implement corrective action.Publish monthly dashboards on claims, upcoming renewals, and risk exposure. Ideal Candidate ProfileSenior professional with 15–25 years experience in Insurance, Transport Compliance, Banking or PSU background.Strong knowledge of motor fleet insurance, hazardous goods norms, and vehicle documentation.Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and documentation management skills.High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and ability to operate independently.Retired PSU/Insurance officers are strongly encouraged to apply. Why This Role is CriticalOur fleet operates across challenging LPG routes where proper documentation and timely claim recovery significantly impact safety, operations, and financial performance.This position functions as an independent vertical, coordinating across departments but reporting directly to senior management. How to ApplyInterested candidates may email their resume to our HR Head at: kamal.datta@nrlpg.comIf you know someone suitable — especially retired PSU or Insurance professionals — kindly tag or share this post.
