Job title: Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis


Work Location: Noida, Delhi

Shift Timings : 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Overlap with US and UK shift)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for Heading & managing the entire FP&A department and work closely with Business Leaders & Business Finance Team & other stakeholders as may be deemed necessary.

- Plans and oversees preparation of annual individual & consolidated budgets and periodic forecasts and long-range plans.

- Individual should be able to host Budgeting, forecasting, pipeline management and internal QBR meeting/s.

- Should have extensive understanding of pricing/financial modelling and responding to RFPs for IT Services (On-Off dual shore model), Optimizing costs on a Corporate level especially SG&A and other Corporate expenses.

- Critical to provide meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial data and performance measures. (Actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc).

- Has a hardline reporting into the CFO of the organization in terms of all deliverables as per above and also next level to the Business Vertical Heads in terms of various Financial data, Pricing etc.

- Will work with the Senior Management/Leadership and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities and inputs to meet these goals.

- Partners with Vertical Heads to provide input and guidance on business issues and to provide strategic financial inputs.

- Delivers presentations and analytical review to executive and senior management teams on various aspects of the above deliverables.

- Supports BU/Vertical Heads and senior-level directors/managers in cost analysis, revenue optimization and margin improvement.

- Work continuously with Business teams to Review and update sales pipeline and sales deals and accordingly provide accurate forecast to stakeholders.

- Engages in a business-partnering role at the corporate level to deliver positive business results with special focus on Sales Pipeline & Cost optimization measures.

- Good understanding of onshore, offshore and nearshore models.

- Client stakeholder presentation and pricing negotiations.

- Analyzes impact of external and internal factors on the business and progress towards financial goals.

- Manages teams keeping in mind the organizations culture framework, directly associated with the Great Places to Work institute.

- Works well with multiple peers and sub-ordinates in a One Team environment, keeping personal egos aside in the achievement of organizational goals.

- Reporting to Executive Leadership.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.

Education and experience Required:

- CA with 20+ years of post qualification experience preferred, majority being in FP&A role and adequate knowledge and exposure of other functions like Controllership, Risks, Compliances etc.

- Should have adequate experience in having independently handled Pricing deals of $20 Mn and above.

- Senior Leadership experience in the IT/ITES space with department management at the highest level of 1 to the CFO and direct interaction with business leaders.

- The person needs to be able to demonstrate leadership in managing people, processes and technology and have superior interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders at various Senior levels of the organization.

- Prior experience of managing a shared service set up and working with US aligned business areas, including external clients and multiple regions will be a plus.

- Ability to identify process gaps as well as improvements in already implemented processes, with experience of building designs to support technology interventions that help improve throughput, speed and accuracy.
