Territory Sales Head

- We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in Mangalore and Bangalore.
- This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a sales team, and driving growth within the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives in the designated territory to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence in Mangalore and Bangalore.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and distributors to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Coach and train the sales team to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales plans and forecasts, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
- Budget Management: Manage territory sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations and alignment with company goals.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities, industry trends, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Focus on acquiring new customers and ensuring long-term retention by providing excellent service and support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales within relevant industries such as FMCG, B2B, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve performance.
- Education: A degree in Business or Sales Management is a plus.
