JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

·       Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.

·       Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

·       Set sales goals, forecasts, and budgets for the sales team.

·       Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

·       Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

·       Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

·       Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiative and product offerings.

·       Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and drive consistency in sales efforts.

·       Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance summaries to senior management.

·       Utilize sales data and market research to drive decision-making and refine sales strategies.

·       Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

·       Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the sales team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·       MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations/any related Management Field (full time)

·       Team Handling experience is must.

·       Fluent English Communication is needed.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a national or large regional sales team.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·       Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
