The role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to various functions such as Supply Chain, Accounts, Technical Services and Sales. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and project execution across your designated function
  • Work closely with mentors to understand processes and deliver on assigned tasks.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Proactively take initiatives to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Learn and adapt to industry-specific tools, processes, and systems.


Person Specification:

  • Recent graduate in Accounts, Commerce, Science and Maths. Someone with the above educational background with upto 1 year of experience can also apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic learner with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes with guidance.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Keen interest in building a career in Supply Chain, Accounts, Technical Services & sales
