Job Title:Technical Architect – Oracle Fusion Cloud (OIC, VBCS, OCI, ERP, HCM) Location:Work from Home Experience:10+ Years Shift:US Rotational Shift Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly experiencedOracle Fusion Cloud Technical Architectwith over 10 years of expertise inOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ,Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) ,Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , andOracle Fusion ERP and HCM . The role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions across diverse Oracle Fusion applications.This is aremote position , requiring flexibility to work inUS rotational shiftsand collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Architect and design complexOracle Fusion Cloudintegrations usingOIC, VBCS, and OCI . Develop and implement integration strategies forFusion ERP and HCMmodules. Define and enforcearchitecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks . Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Drive solution design, system integration, and data flow architecture across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud standards. Troubleshoot complex integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide performance optimization. Mentor and guide development teams on Oracle Cloud technologies and design principles. Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates, emerging tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of technical experiencein Oracle Fusion Cloud. Expertise inOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)– designing and building REST/SOAP, file-based, and scheduled integrations. Proficiency inVisual Builder (VBCS)for creating and extending cloud applications. Strong understanding ofOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)components including compute, storage, and networking. Hands-on experience withOracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloudtechnical configurations and extensions. Solid knowledge ofPL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, JSON/XML , andFBDI . Exposure toADF, OAF , andFusion Middlewareis an advantage. Oracle certifications inOIC, OCI, or Fusion ERP/HCMare preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
