Job Role & Responsibilities :

- Hire new partners to associate with the company to bring new customers on board.

- Train all partners to effectively use the company products.

- Liaise between the company and the partners to ensure productivity.

- Deliver on business goals set by the company through the partners.

- Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure adherence to processes with the partners.

- Sales of Life & Health, General Insurance products through direct methods or by recruiting Point of Sales (POS).

- Identify, communicate, and agree on premium targets with POS.

- Maintain regular contact with pending leads/references.

- Stay updated on all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading.

Desired Candidate :

Experience :

- 1 year & above in sales and distribution industry.

- Preferred from Insurance & Broking Industry.

- Good communication skills in the regional language.

- Relationship building/management skills.
