- The Assistant Manager NI (New Installation) Sales is a critical, full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales and achieving growth objectives within the vertical mobility sector.- The incumbent will manage and execute sales strategies for TK Elevator's advanced solutions (elevators, escalators, etc.), leveraging the company's legacy of German engineering and game-changing technologies (MULTI, TWIN, EOX, MAX, AGILE).- This role requires strong proficiency in B2B sales, market analysis, and building long-term client partnerships, particularly within the commercial and residential construction/real estate industries. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to execute and manage New Installation (NI) sales strategies in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer relationship management skills, proven ability to identify new business opportunities, and proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include preparing compelling proposals, conducting professional sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver TK Elevator's innovative, high-quality mobility solutions. Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, or related industries is a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities and Sales Management Deliverables:Sales Strategy and Execution:- Manage and execute sales strategies tailored to the Mumbai market to consistently achieve and surpass business growth objectives and sales targets.- Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients (e.g., builders, developers, consultants, architects) for new installation projects.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and develop strategic client partnerships across the region.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract signing and post-sale handover.Proposal and Presentation:- Conduct compelling sales presentations showcasing TK Elevator's innovative technologies (such as MULTI, TWIN, EOX, MAX) and the value proposition of German engineering and quality.- Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client specifications and company pricing guidelines.Market Insight and Collaboration:- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, providing data-driven insights for strategy development to senior management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Service, Finance) to ensure technical feasibility, smooth project delivery, and optimized solution design.Sales Tools Proficiency:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.- Utilize MS Office Suite and other relevant tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with proven ability to develop and maintain client partnerships.- Strategy: Proficiency in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and drafting strategic sales plans.- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Attitude: A positive, motivated attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets effectively.Preferred Skills:- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the elevator, escalator, or related industries are a plus.- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Technical Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools is desirable.
