Open Position: Manager - Brand & Content MarketingLocation: Bangalore (on-site)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2 to 5 years Role Overview :We're looking for a bold, camera-friendly, and insight-driven Content & Brand Marketing Manager who's ready to lead both online and offline initiatives. From scripting viral Instagram Reels to launching eye-catching retail displays, you'll be the brain and the face behind BytePe's brand voice across platforms.This role blends content creation, brand management, offline activation, and customer insights into one high-impact opportunity. You'll work closely with design, growth, and product teams to create cohesive narratives, stunning visuals, and thumb-stopping campaigns that drive love and loyalty.Key Responsibilities :Strategy, Planning & Insights:- Own BytePe's marketing strategy across digital and offline touchpoints- Create and execute content + brand calendars aligned with business goalsContent Creation & Brand Storytelling:- Ideate, script, and create short- and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, explainers, testimonials, etc.)- Be comfortable appearing on camera - you'll be a key face of BytePe- Shoot, edit, and publish content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile-first tools- Work with design, and retail teams to create ATL/BTL marketing collateralsOffline & Retail Marketing :- Lead BytePe's offline activations, tent cards, POS branding, and in-store experience design- Support event partnerships, retail marketing campaigns, and customer education drivesCreator & Community Collaboration :- Partner with creators, influencers, and agencies to co-create branded content- Engage and grow BytePe's online community across platforms- Amplify user-generated content and testimonialsIdeal Candidate :- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand management- Strong presence on Instagram/YouTube with engaging original content- Confident on camera and skilled in shooting and editing your own videos- Understanding of brand building and digital marketing Why Join BytePe?- Be the face and voice of a consumer-tech brand rewriting the rules- Get full creative freedom to test, learn, and go viral- Work with a high-energy team that values bold ideas- Competitive pay + performance incentives (ref:iimjobs.com)
