Job Overview


This role will be focused on supporting the business units and FP&A finance leads. Core functions for the role include the preparation of important reports and financial documents, KPI’s, dashboarding and ad hoc reporting. Additionally, this roll will assist in monthly financial review to include validating accounting postings and doing first level analysis of variances to budgets and prior periods.


Responsibilities & Duties

This role will be responsible for

  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
  • Monitor KPIs and provide in-depth analysis of variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including bookings and backlog, across multiple currencies to provide a comprehensive view of the company's global revenue streams.
  • Assisting with the creation, design, maintenance, and distribution of monthly reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Highlight key insights, trends, and potential risks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Assist with the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the International Division.
  • Create SOP’s for FP&A reporting processes.
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests


Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Effective communication.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements/reports.
  • Ability to apply logic to unfamiliar tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop expertise in new areas.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with building dashboards in data visualization using Power BI.
  • Familiarity with databases and their structure.
  • Bachelors in finance, business, accounting, or other related fields.
