Hiring: System Validation Test Engineer | Automotive Domain – ClusterLocation:Gurugram, Haryana, (Onsite at Customer Location ) Bachelor’s Degree inElectrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering . 3–5 yearsof hands-on experience inSystem Validation (Automotive Cluster Domain) .We are looking for aSystem Validation Test Engineerresponsible for validatingCluster features , ensuring project expectations and quality objectives are achieved.Key Responsibilities Understand project scope and validation requirements. Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts (smoke, functional, regression, endurance, and performance). Document defects with root cause analysis and track status. Identify automation opportunities and propose test metrics to improve efficiency. Guide and train team members on test implementation and project readiness. Ensure timely delivery of all validation work products. Measure KPIs and derive action plans for improvement. Collaborate with managers to resolve blockers and improve quality outcomes.Key Skills Strong knowledge ofTest Case Design MethodsandDiagnostics Protocols . Expertise inCANoe ,CAN Protocol , andCluster/Display systems . Familiar withV-cycle ,Agile , andASPICEprocesses. Hands-on withC, Python, and CAPL . Proficient inJIRA ,Confluence , andDOORS . Test Automation experience in the automotive domain is a plus.Soft Skills Strong communication and coaching skills. Process-oriented with a positive attitude.
