You’ll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth in thereal estate and PropTech space . Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and managedata-driven digital marketing campaignsto achieve business goals. Optimize paid campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360 , and other digital advertising platforms. Drivequalified lead generationand customer acquisition with measurable, performance-based KPIs. Implement and manageadvanced targeting, audience segmentation, and pixel trackingstrategies. Set up and maintain accurate tracking throughGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)andGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4) . Continuouslyanalyze campaign datato identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurebrand consistency and message alignment . Overseedigital marketing budgetsto ensure cost efficiency and ROI optimization. Stay up to date withlatest trends, tools, and best practicesin performance marketing and digital advertising.Requirements Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Communications, or a related field . Minimum4+ years of experienceindigital and performance marketing , preferably inreal estate, PropTech, or B2C industries . Proven track record managing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360 . Expertise inGTM, GA4, marketing automation tools , andCRM systems . Strong understanding oftracking implementation, conversion optimization, and data analytics . Excellentcommunication, analytical, and project managementskills.
