This role demands a visionary leader who can balance risk, governance, and business transformation while enabling secure growth across geographies.What Youll Lead :- Define and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy & governance- Lead global SOC operations, threat detection, incident response- Integrate security into SAP, ERP, MDM, Cloud, and Digital platforms- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX- Present cybersecurity maturity and risks at CXO & Board level- Mentor and grow a high-performing global cybersecurity teamWhat Were Looking For :- 18- 25 years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in leadership roles- Deep expertise in Cloud Security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, ERP/SAP Security- Experience in large-scale global enterprises (FMCG/Retail/BFSI preferred)- Certifications : CISSP / CISM / CISA highly desirable- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
