Key Roles & Market Development & Sales Strategy

- Formulate and execute comprehensive international sales strategies for targeted geographies (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.).

- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels (distributors, importers, contractors, project managers).

- Lead global business development initiatives, including market visits, trade fairs, and networking with industry bodies.

Key Account Management

- Develop and manage relationships with major international clients, distributors, architects, and project contractors.

- Regularly engage with key accounts to secure long-term business partnerships and repeat orders.

- Ensure excellent post-sales service, logistics coordination, and issue resolution.

- Sales Target Achievement & Revenue Growth

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets as per business plans.

- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline across regions.

- Track and improve inquiry-to-order conversion ratios for export business.

Pricing, Negotiation & Contract Management

- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, MOUs, and agency agreements with international buyers and distributors.

- Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, and currency fluctuations to recommend pricing strategies.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and documentation processes.

Trade Shows, Industry Events & Overseas Travel

- Plan and participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

- Represent the company at global industry events to enhance visibility and brand positioning.

- Organize factory visits and product presentations for international clients.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Lead and mentor junior export sales executives and coordinators.

- Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, quality, and documentation teams to ensure smooth export order execution.

- Provide regular market intelligence, sales forecasts, and performance reports to management.

- International B2B sales expertise in building Key account management for overseas clients and project buyers

- Lead generation through international networks, fairs, and digital channels

- Strong commercial negotiation and deal closure ability

Industry & Market Knowledge

-Deep understanding of global market trends in building materials, quartz, and architectural products

- Awareness of export documentation, logistics management, and global trade regulations

-Familiarity with international certifications and quality standards (like ASTM, NSF, CE)

Analytical & Technical Skills

- Ability to conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy

- Sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM software expertise

- Proficiency in sales presentations and export commercial documentation

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business Management

- MBA in International Business / Marketing 3-7 years of international B2B sales experience in building materials, quartz, engineered stone, tiles, or furniture export industries

- Proven track record in developing international markets, achieving export sales targets, and managing global key accounts

- Experience in handling project sales, distributor networks, and participation in global trade shows
