SAP IDM Implementation: Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires and role changes to grant access quickly. Role and Access Management: Create and manage secure user roles for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including Fiori and HANA roles. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyze and mitigate security risks, and perform regular user access reviews. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations like SOX by implementing and managing GRC policies and procedures. Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing access reviews, audit logs, and security documentation. Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues related to authorization, security, and GRC implementation, and collaborating with other technical and functional teams. Training: Train end-users on SAP security best practices and GRC applications.Good to have: Communication:Excellent client-facing and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Business Acumen:Deep knowledge of utility-specific business processes, particularly in electricity and gas domains.
