Description :Role Summary :Byteridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement detailed project plans and comprehensive documentation.- Lead project teams, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely completion of deliverables.- Monitor and control project progress through structured tracking and reporting mechanisms.- Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively to maintain project health.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders from initiation to closure.- Maintain alignment with Agile delivery methodologies and organizational quality standards.Qualifications and Experience :- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 1 year in IT (Web/Mobile) project management.- Bachelors degree in B.E./B.Tech IT or Computer Science.- Proven experience in managing SDLC projects using Agile methodologies.- Strong knowledge of project estimation, planning, tracking, scope management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.Preferred Skills and Certifications :- Technical familiarity with Azure, AWS, Android, iOS, and .Net platforms.- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2.- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office applications.Competencies :- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and guide project teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently across geographies.Additional Information :- All positions at Byteridge are primarily Work from Home. However, candidates may be required to work at client locations based on project needs or performance considerations.- Reimbursements for client-site travel or relocation will be provided as per company policy.
