Working on Business Intelligence projects including the Design, Development, Deployment and Support of the Microsoft BI tools including Power BI, SQL, SSIS etc. and working closely with business stakeholders to understand the requirement and build and deliver necessary reporting solutions.

Deliverables:

Work within a Global-IT development team, in close alignment with the business team to understand the analytical requirements and translate these into business reporting solutions.

Manage the Design, Development, Testing, Support of technical solutions.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization helping to build infrastructure and tools required to support and improve the business and achieve data reporting and analysis goals.


Apply strong analytical and data warehouse skills to design, develop and implement solutions in an agile way.


Develop interactive reports, dashboards & scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.


Contribute to the development and support of ongoing projects.


Identify data quality issues and see through to resolution, test and validate data flow and reports.


Collaborate and work with the team to provide quality BI reporting solutions.


Test and verify the solutions before deploying them into TEST/PROD environments.

Functional Competencies:


Expertise in MS Power BI platform.


Excellent SQL programming and development knowledge


Excellent knowledge in any database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, data warehouse concepts, dimensional modelling.
