Position: Sr. Copywriter
Experience: 4-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon
A senior copywriter plays a crucial role in crafting copy that not only aligns with the product strategically but also inspires through originality, compelling narratives, distinctiveness, and a seamless connection with artistic and graphic elements. This position calls for a well-organized, deadline-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise: Oversee the development of compelling copy for social media, digital advertising, and online campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and an appropriate tone. You will also supervise the editing and proofreading process to ensure high standards of clarity, creativity, and error-free deliverables.
Lead and empower: Mentor and manage a team of junior copywriters, guide them through brainstorming sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate: Team up with the associate creative director, strategists, and designers to develop innovative concepts and messaging strategies for social media and digital campaigns.
Stay up to date: Remain informed about social media trends and platform best practices, optimizing copy to enhance engagement and drive conversion.
Make a mark: Present concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients, demonstrating how they align with overall campaign objectives.
Qualifications
Experience: five years of copywriting experience within a social media agency or an in-house creative team.
Social Media Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, X, , etc.) and prevailing digital trends, with a demonstrated capability to customize messaging to suit each platform effectively.
Creative Innovation: Proven track record in developing original concepts and executing them across multi-channel campaigns.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional editing and proofreading abilities, with a strong focus on grammar, style, and tone.
Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Management: Skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
