Job Description : Technical Project Manager for SaaS Marketing and Product Launch

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS, marketing, and product launch to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex technical projects, leveraging automation tools, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful launches. Familiarity with ClickUp, Go High Level, and AI tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end project management for SaaS marketing initiatives and product launches.

- Create, manage, and optimize project plans using ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align on project goals, deliverables, and KPIs.

- Set up and manage workflows and automations using Go High Level and AI-based tools to streamline operations.

- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.

- Conduct risk assessments, manage contingencies, and adapt plans as necessary to overcome challenges.

- Drive cross-functional communication to align priorities, track progress, and resolve blockers.

- Report project status, milestones, and results to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, marketing, and product launch environments.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp (required).

- Strong working knowledge of Go High Level and the ability to configure and optimize workflows.

- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in project automation and efficiency improvement.

- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with development and marketing teams.

- Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in marketing or product development within a SaaS environment.

- Experience in launching and scaling SaaS products to market.

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
