The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts, managing team workloads, ensuring quality deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project goals.Key Responsibilities:Automation & Domain Expertise: Leverage UiPath to automate test processes and workflows. Apply deep understanding of Cash Management and banking operations to validate business requirements and test scenarios.Team & Task Management: Assign tasks to QA team members and manage workload efficiently. Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of testing activities.Project Tracking & Coordination: Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress. Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.Requirement Management: Keep track of evolving project requirements and ensure test cases are updated accordingly.Metrics & Reporting: Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation across testing phases. Report on testing activities including test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics.Defect Management: Lead daily defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with development and business teams to address issues.Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to defined test processes and standards. Conduct reviews and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience inUiPath automationtools. Strong domain knowledge inBanking , especiallyCash Management . 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in metrics-driven reporting and defect lifecycle management. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
