This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced data models and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will extract actionable insights from vast and complex datasets, drive strategic data initiatives, and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts. This hands-on leader will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to continuously advance Novel Patterns' AI-driven products and framework.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation to model deployment and monitoring. - Develop, validate, and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses tailored to fintech and cross-industry applications. - Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to discover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. - Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business workflows and product offerings.
