Tech Care for All's (TC4A's) Medical Learning Hub (MLH) is a comprehensive blended learning platform (Med-edTech) that enables healthcare professionals to access a wealth of in-person and remote training opportunities to build skills and increase their capacity to deliver high quality care. MLH democratizes medical training and contributes to building vital healthcare professional's communities of practice across Africa, India and beyond. Our ambition is to increase training opportunities for healthcare providers and transform continuing medical education through our blended learning platform.

Role Description

We are looking for a healthcare/ medical or life-sciences professional with experience in managing medical/ healthcare events or CMEs to join our team at Medical Learning Hub office located in Noida or Mumbai, India with flexibility for remote work. This is a full-time role and the candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete event (online/ onsite/ hybrid) and logistic success. Travel will be required to physical conference or client sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients (Pharma/ Medical Device/ Hospitals) to plan their user engagement project journey.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (Surgeons/ Doctors/ Medical Associations/ Hospitals/ State Medical Councils/ Camera Crew/ Vendors/ Others) to plan project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creatives, technology) to develop and build execution strategy, schedules. Maintain and track progress of all planned activities through internal systems; accountable to execute within budget commitment.
  • Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
  • Moderate the CME (on-site and online), which includes public speaking, as needed and ensure a high-quality program.
  • Draft medical content, prepare reports in excel, word and PPT
  • Grow key accounts through successful CMEs and reporting
  • Maximize business results through continuous improvement in the organization’s ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate in healthcare (BAMS, BHMS, BPT) with 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in managing CMEs is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, ability to listen patiently and clearly understand stakeholder need and then plot execution strategy.
  • Proficient in MS office, excel, power point and webinars.
