The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, performance tuning, and system monitoring across distributed landscapes.Key Responsibilities- Manage and support SAP BASIS operations across development, QA, and production environments. - Perform SAP HANA database administration, backup/restore, and system refreshes. - Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, kernel updates, and transport management. - Handle client copies, user administration, and parameter tuning. - Coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and security compliance. - Manage transport routes, system copies, and client strategy for S/4HANA systems. - Provide 24x7 support coverage in night shifts aligned with US business hours.Required Skills- 6–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience with HANA DB administration. - Strong knowledge of S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and solution manager. - Familiarity with Linux OS administration and cloud (AWS/Azure) deployment is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
